- Pantau aliran tunai harian dan pengendalian tunai kecil.
- Mengendalikan perisian perakaunan komputer & kemasukan data.
- Menyemak klasifikasi perakaunan, bil dan invois untuk kesempurnaan dan ketepatan.
- Menyediakan bayaran bulanan kepada subkontraktor, semua vendor dan tuntutan kakitangan.
- Mengagihkan perbelanjaan ke pusat kos yang sesuai.
- Sahkan tuntutan buruh dan subkontraktor separuh bulanan.
- Penyediaan penyata dan laporan kewangan bulanan, tahunan dan lain-lain berkala.
- Penyediaan akaun dan jadual audit tahunan.
- Berhubung dengan juruaudit dan ejen cukai / jurubank.
- Pengemaskinian status dan bayaran projek bulanan.
- Menjalankan kerja berkaitan seperti yang diarahkan.
