Today, Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB), after a full acquisition on 4 November 2022.

What will you do?

• To lead engineering team for providing services and maintenance on production equipment, utilities, facilities, building and Safety, Health and Environment. Implement all activities in term of spare parts inventory, downtime improvement, housekeeping and cost optimization.
• To comply with any instruction, measure and Principles & Practices on SHE instituted by the company.
• To coordinate and liaise with other department, suppliers, consultants or vendors pertaining to engineering activities in order to achieve department objectives.
• To ensure all equipment's utilities, facilities, buildings and other factory system are in good condition and comply with company and external statutory rules and requirements.
• Plan and manage with relevant personnel all maintenance improvement and Engineering Work Order (WO) activities utilizing maintenance resources without / minimum disruption to operation. Manage and ensure work carried out according to agreed plan and budget.
• Review and analyses completed maintenance work carried out by team and contractor against specified requirement of time, cost and quality. To recommend and implement improvement to close gap. Maintain all technical reports and maintenance documents accurately for future reference.
• To ensure that all documents (Manual/Drawing/SOP/IQ/OQ/PM/Calibration/Checklist) are written, reviewed, and updated accordingly.
• To assist QA/QC qualification, validation and others related activities for GMP and others statutory compliances.
• To take lead on engineering related activities and also to ensure on adhere of safety and other regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.) are fulfilled.
• To carry out other task assign by superior.

About you?

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Chargeman A4, A1 or AO / Wireman PW4 / SKM Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the plant with electrical engineering works.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematic / circuit diagram. 2. Knowledge in Regulation of Electrical Installation.
• Familiar with PLC.
• Effective computer skills : Microsoft Office Software. Knowledge in ACAD drawing software.
