Electrical Instrumentation & Control Engineering - Team Leader

A Snapshot of Your Day

This role will coordinate and supervise Engineering activities for Solutions, lead and advise a team of qualified professionals and technicians and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Leads, develops and motivates a group of dedicated qualified employees and professionals functionally to achieve the targets set.
• Ensures consistency to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for the Engineering Team assigned.
• Coordinates Engineering activities performed by a team of specialists and technicians and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines.
• Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes.
• Plan and allocate resources and budgets to Engineering projects or activities.
• Providing support in ensuring that the results of risk assessments are accounted for in the costing and contract offer
• Works with Sales and Marketing to develop winning strategies for CD
• Where applicable, deploy the best engineering practices across the entire business in consultation with other function areas.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree in field (Instrumentation/Controls/Electro-technical), (State-certified technical engineer) with proven experience shall also be considered.
• Proven experience in Controls and Instrumentation Engineering are preferred, and Initial 2 years experience gained in leadership of technical and organizational management of a team is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and use of control system: T3000 is a plus
• Good Analytical & Cross-cultural skills

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
