Employee Services Support Staff

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Employee Data Management: Data Entry: Entering and updating data in various databases and systems.
• Reporting and Analysis: Creating reports: Preparing presentations and reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, and other key performance indicators.
• HRIS Management: Managing and running HRIS software: Ensuring the HR Information System (HRIS) is functioning correctly and up-to-date. Analysing HR data: Gathering and analysing data from the HRIS to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Other Administrative Tasks: Payroll support: Providing the payroll department with accurate and timely information on employee status, including leave, overtime, and other relevant details.
  
  

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Social Sciences / Business Administration / Science or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  
  

Skills

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with employees, management, and external parties.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and maintaining confidentiality. Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing issues and finding solutions related to HR and administrative matters.
• Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
