Job Responsibility

  • Employee Data Management - Maintain and accurately update employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Case Handling - Manage and resolve employee inquiries through CRM tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
  • HR Documentation - Coordinate HR workflows and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration = Work closely with internal departments to enhance HR processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Administrative Support - Assist the People Operations team with a range of HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data administration and document management.
  • At least 1 year in a Human Resources-related role.
  • Preferred background in HR data handling, HR administrative tasks, or relevant coursework.
  • Must possess excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills â both verbal and written.
  • Native Speaker
