Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Role & Tasks

  • Work closely with the Employer Brand team to promote Maxis as an employer of choice, through various marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to content production including research, ideation, and content creation.
  • Assist with event management including planning, promotions, and execution.
  • Shoot and edit video content to promote Maxis Young Talent programmes, including internship and the Maxis Graduate Programme.

Preferred And Desirable Skills

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, such as Powerpoint and Excel
  • Prior experience with design tools and video editing software, such as Canva and Filmora, is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Enjoys interacting and working with new groups of people/colleagues internally and externally
  • Detail-orientated, fast learner, friendly, and approachable
