This position will manage pricing of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to ensure we have the most competitive pricings for products built and being ingrained in market movements, will integrate this knowledge into product cost structures.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Managing pricing for all preferred EMS partners during CPM pricing cycle and revision changes for both Emerson and non-Emerson approved suppliers.
  • Ensuring the most competitive approved MPN pricing is being implemented to enable the lowest product cost structures.
  • Supporting price reviews and negotiations for non-preferred EMS partners.
  • Adhering to CPM re-pricing timelines and coordinating with stakeholders on price cut-in dates.
  • Coordinating with CPM team to ensure flow through of Emerson negotiated pricing.
  • Working with EMS partners and manufacturing engineers to drive value-add cost reductions.
  • Other duties include:
  • Market Research - Monitoring industry trends and pricing fluctuations
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Working closely with procurement, finance and operations teams to align
  • sourcing strategies with business objectives
  • Reporting & Data Management - Developing reports, dashboards and presentations to support
  • decision-making.
  • Additional duties as assigned or as the business requires

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Good working knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing and Supporting Processes
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
  • Familiarity with BOM scrubbing and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task with advance proficiency in Excel
  • Good command of both verbal and written English
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work outside office hours when necessary

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Relevant degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience in similar role in an electronic or contract electronics manufacturing environment
  • Experience with MS Teams/ SharePoint and Data Repository systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Occasional travel may be required
