About the

role:Our End User Technology Manager is the service owner for End User Technology (EUT) services. This involves the management of end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and unified communications platforms, ensuring the appropriate computing and collaboration tools are available and operational for our users. In this role you will lead ongoing operations and delivery of EUC hardware and software, endpoint security, collaboration spaces, auditoriums and ongoing maintenance of those tools and devices, in addition to providing relevant documentation and reporting to leader


ship.
Within this position, your scope will

    Providing service ownership for end-to-end delivery and operations of End User Compute services for NEXTDC IT users, ensuring that IT services are delivered to a professional high-availability industry standard and agreed service
  • levels.Managing the day-to-day service delivery of defined IT services provided by both internal and external service pr

    10+ years of experience in network and security within an IT environment or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial or c

  • ce ManagementExperience in managing high-availability end services to users and critical security operations, particularly within a data centre or similar IT-intensive
