About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Energy Components (EC) Consultant to join our support and enhancement team for a key client in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves providing application support, change management, enhancements and maintenance in accordance with limited shift schedules to ensure continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for the Energy Components application, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues related to EC modules.

Implement enhancements, change requests, and configuration updates as required by the business.

Collaborate with business users and other IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Monitor system performance and perform routine health checks and maintenance.

Document changes, enhancements, and support activities following standard procedures.

Participate in shift rotations, including possible weekend and on-call support.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Petroleum Technology or similar

Experience in business process modelling and requirement analysis

Technical competences in database modelling and programming PL/SQL

Experienced in programming and/or system integration

Experienced with cloud solutions, containers and RESTful integrations

Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English, both written and verbal
