Energy Practitioner - Technical Presales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Practitioner to join our Technical Presales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative energy solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to identify customer needs, develop tailored service offerings, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop comprehensive energy solutions.
  • Design and architect energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy management solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system design, cost estimates, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
• Technical Pre-Sales Support:
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales process.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Answer technical questions and address customer concerns.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their energy needs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and workshops to present solutions and gather feedback.
• Market Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential customers.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, finance, and operations.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, including power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy efficiency.
• Experience in designing and implementing energy solutions, such as energy audits, energy efficiency projects, and renewable energy systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and energy modeling software.
• A passion for sustainability and a commitment to delivering innovative energy solutions.
