Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer.
  • Manage databases and ensure system security.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company.
  • Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill.
  • Have the experience in customer service/technical support.
  • Willing work in Rotational Shift (24/7).
