Engineer Development - Contract

In your new role you will:

• Support plans organize, and control the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach：
• Support in managing a diverse project team with sub-projects.
• Support manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function.
• Support organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure the timely release of each milestone.
• Support for all operational decisions in the project and for the achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).
• Support the project team and assign responsibilities within the project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
• Use Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
• Drive problem-solving activities within the project using standard Ifx troubleshooting methodologies, e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, etc.
• Support on continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges.
• Support on identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach accordingly while ensuring buy-in for change.
• Support the Development Head & Development Excellence Head in defining departmental strategy and package development roadmap to achieve business success and technology leadership.
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (prefer Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc).
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering or operation is an advantage.
• Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
• 12 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
