• Project lead for new equipment or improvement action.
• Follows up on LOH improvement actions, monitor effectiveness & close loop to MEEQ teams.
• Continuously identify the equipment risks and update using EFMEA. Escalate issues detected, developing reject trends and close the EFMEA action as planed.
• Review & follow up on QA roving audits and improvement actions. Continuously monitoring effectiveness and efficiency of the improvement actions implemented.
• Lead and drive continuous improvement projects towards meeting quality goal with process team. Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
• Responsible for quality system improvement in backend test.
• Support and buy off for new equipment / new design/ new process.
• Coordinates with project team for new product /process changes qualification and validation.
• Supports on customer complaint investigation or internal quality incidence.
