In your new role you will:
- Support & coordinate the IT solution rollout/implementation.
- Provide functional support on warehouse-related functional topics/services.
- Support user requirements gathering and handing them over to the service provider and ensure delivery to the user is always of good quality.
- Involve in IT solution development using ABAP, testing and release, and relevant document preparation.
- Participate in the project as a project member to support project work packages and deliveries.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
- Minimum 2 years experience in 2nd & 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solutions & processes.
- Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple
- Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and able to work independently.
