Engineer Product Test Engineering

Drive final test yield and continuous improvement per assigned project/technology/package to meet ambitious target by analyzing yield detractors & drive improvement and propose proactively improvement measures.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Drive final test yield and continuous improvement per assigned project/technology/package to meet ambitious target by analyzing yield detractors & drive improvement, propose proactively improvement measures
• Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test workflow, test program)
• Provide technical analysis for LOH assessment and disposition with speed and quality (fast containment and early triggering), joint disposition with root cause owner by providing technical advise from test data
• Support BE productivity/ratio/quality (NLoZD) projects with in-depth test data analysis to ensure stability in process, yield and LRR
• Support FAR/FE QMR/MRB/Task Force/Focus team/8D team in electrical test yield, reject bin and distribution analysis, involve in 8D for root cause finding, event mapping, simulation, containment, corrective actions and test escapee root cause
• Interface to FE PE, GPE & Division TE/PRE/PRM for test/product relevant topics
• Drive test stability and accountable for Test package buyoff and production release
• LOH management - drive for systemic LOH improvement, configuration of firewall, quality gate, analysis, disposition & improvement.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Engineering (Electrical /Electronics / Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology a comparable field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally within the role of Product Engineering.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Hands-on experience on data analysis, statistical methods as well as data base handling.
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding. Looking for challenges as opportunities to grow and develop.
