- Responsible for new part study and establish process flow to produce the part.
- Responsible for all equipment and machines are well maintained to minimize machine downtime.
- Responsible for the calibration system on measuring , inspection and testing equipment.
- Carry out research and development programmed as assigned due to business needs.
- Carry out evaluation and qualification to procure new and better materials.
- Responsible to lead continuous improvement programmers on product quality , cost yield and productivity.
- Conduct daily Hourly Audit at production floor.
- The review new material analysis data from Supplier to ensure not contain any banned substances which are specifies in NPM's GP .
