More About This Role
Project Background:
- To assist PM Lead Snack to carry out Snack improvement/ return to basic condition based on IL6S working principle.
- Maintenance standard (Prepare with the drawing and picture of the parts)
- Amend or revise the PM checklist for SAP-PM
- 5S standard
- Create working principle for process equipment
- Create OPL for knowledge transfer PM to AM
- Create Long term PM strategy based on BDA (Preventive Maintenance)
- List all critical safety device and safety device
- List all the spare parts for the equipment to register in PEGA system
- To assist PM Lead to carry out Snack Productivity Project as part of process improvement:
- Feasibility study for new Oven and extruding machine
- Implementation of IL6S
- Understanding technical knowledge on how food industry operates, and technology involve in Snack production.
- Understanding IL6S Principle of Mondelez, the importance and its application.
- Understanding of Kaizen in term of equipment improvement at Snack Production.
- Understand of Snack Production Process and its technical knowledge.
- Understand Project Management Tool and its application.
- Develop soft skill by dealing with inter department & vendor.
