You will…

• COACH & MENTOR high-performing teams to lead the world in product development.
• DELIVER award-winning products with design or engineering teams.
• GROW your team’s skills through regular 1-1 coaching
• MANAGE your team to solve client, people, or project challenges
• Work with leaders to IMPLEMENT change across the organisation.
• Break down silos and COLLABORATE across departments.
• Be pushed to DEVELOP YOURSELF personally and professionally
