Job Responsibility

  • Provide Live Chat Support to Global Customers
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat platforms
    • Deliver accurate, clear, and professional responses in a written format
    • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency
  • Assist with Troubleshooting and Service Guidance
    • Guide customers on system usage, account setup, or product navigation
    • Escalate technical issues to relevant support teams when necessary
  • Handle Inbound Calls Occasionally (When Required)
    • Take calls for high-priority or complex cases not suitable for chat
    • Maintain a friendly and professional tone during phone interactions
  • Record and Track Customer Interactions
    • Document conversation summaries, issues, and resolutions in CRM or internal ticketing systems
    • Ensure proper case tagging and status updates for follow-up
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Experience
    • Stay customer-focused in every interaction
    • Ensure all concerns are addressed in a timely and empathetic manner
Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
    • Minimum C1 level English proficiency (CEFR standard)
    • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in text
  • Live Chat & Customer Service Experience
    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in live chat customer support or in call center.
    • Able to manage multiple chat sessions at once with speed and accuracy
    • Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
    • Capable of adapting tone and language to match the customerâs needs
  • Customer Service Mindset
    • Able to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
    • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
