- Handle Inbound Calls: Deliver excellent customer experience and apply effective sales behaviors throughout each interaction.
- Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to support their business growth.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve queries within our Scope of Support (SOS) or guide customers toward third-party or paid solutions when necessary.
- Product Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve product issues during the first call to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve key targets such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Showcase strong communication skills while multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Background in Sales or Customer Service: Candidates with experience in handling customers or selling products/services are highly preferred.
- People-Oriented & Outgoing: Must possess a friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Able to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
- Highly Committed & Reliable: Demonstrates strong dedication to the role, with a consistent and responsible work ethic.
