工作目的

為國際學生提供引人入勝且高效的英語課程，營造互動式沉浸式的語言學習環境。教師應在課堂內外支持學生的進步。

主要職責

  • 向不同年齡層和不同熟練程度的國際學生教授英語作為第二語言（ESL）。
  • 制定滿足學生學習需求和目標的課程計畫。
  • 採用互動性強、創意、有趣的教學方法，確保主動學習。
  • 設計和組織學習活動、遊戲、專案和課堂演示，以提高學生的參與度。
  • 監控學生的進步，評估學習成果並提供建設性的回饋。
  • 保存適當的課堂記錄、出席率和學生評估報告。
  • 針對不同的學生背景和學習風格調整教學策略。
  • 在需要時參加員工會議、教師培訓和學生活動。
  • 或者，教授年輕學習者（兒童）或 IGCSE 級別的英語或相關科目 - 對於在這些領域有經驗的候選人來說是一個加分點。
