onsemi is looking for a self-driven and motivated Manager to lead their Test Engineering team. As a Test Engineering Manager, you will be growing and developing the test engineering team which maintains test programs for yield, test time, and quality improvement activities on our CMOS image sensor products. You will work closely with our internal teams and contractors on development, testing, and troubleshooting of CMOS image sensor products in wafer, package, and module forms.

Responsibilities

This job is responsible for test development & test engineering activities for power module and discrete NPD and its smooth transition to mass production

• Leading a team of test development engineers to support NPD, sustaining, test technology breakthrough activities.
• Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team to support new product development and its smooth transition to mass production in multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement test software & hardware for high voltage, high power semiconductor module and discrete, primarily in the area of final test
• Develop test coverage to ensure no test escapees
• Lead engineer for test solution implementation in mass production
• Support customer related activities as needed
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics.
• Good oral and written English language.
• At least 10 years hands-on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering. Experienced in high power semiconductor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge on power semiconductors such as IGBT, MOSFET, Rectifiers and gate drivers.
• Experienced in ETS high power test platforms or equivalent in multi-site environment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with bench test equipment such as power supply, oscilloscope, function generator and curve tracer for the purpose of debugging
• Experience in dynamic testing of power semiconductors is an added advantage
• Good programming skills in Visual C++.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.
• Project management skills. Results/goal oriented.
