Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

onsemi is currently seeking a hands-on Equipment Engineer. The ideal candidate will also provide technical leadership, support, and training to internal and external customers. This position will report the Engineering Director.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Semiconductor assembly and test equipment know-how support equipment sustaining and maintenance.
• Semiconductor assembly and test process know-how.
• Equipment Maintenance Methodology.
• Equipment Maintenance Costing - Analysis and Control.
• Experience in providing technical training.
• Maintenance Engineering Management Experience.
• Team and project leadership.
• Other tasks as needed or assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• PLC Programming knowledge.
• Power Module Assembly experience.
• Expert level equipment training background.
• Knowledge in network connectivity for factory equipment.
