Responsibilities

REPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with wafer FAB engineers, product engineers, quality engineer and crossed functional team for yield improvement and quality enhancements in manufacturing processes.
• Work on cost reduction and test time, cycle time optimization.
• Work on manufacturing readiness checklist, test program peer review, and test program release to manufacturing.
• Work with wafer FAB engineers, product engineers to review production lot on hold, and provide disposition.
• Performs engineering lots (EBR) testing and reject verification. Provide test data, yield summary and relevant information to EBR requestor. Ensure EBR cycle time meet 100% OTD.
• Support New Product (NPI) testing and manufacturing readiness.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality assurance and other teams to implement 5S, process and quality improvement.
• Develop and continuously improve methods, systems and processes in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
• Collaborate with a team of BU product engineers, Packaging engineers and program managers to drive strategic business unit operational initiatives related to cost and quality.
  
  

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ electronic engineering, device physics, or relevant field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in the semiconductor business operations and/or direct semiconductor manufacturing experience in wafer fab and/or assembly and test.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Quality, test engineering or product engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate summarized results and conclusions.
• Semiconductor product/platform/technology development process experience.
• Strong proficiency in applying process, factory, and product qualification requirements.
• Strong network in fab, assembly/test, cost reduction, quality improvement and yield management.
• Proficient with engineering and business statistical methods and analysis.
