Job Responsibility
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding products.
- Service Quality: Deliver accurate information while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve KPIs and comply with SLAs.
- Qualification: Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Days: Five days a week on rotational shifts.
- Shift Flexibility: Willing to work weekends and rotating shifts.
