You are

  • As a decision-maker, your diagnosis leads to the implementation of your choices.

You will

  • Ensure the application and monitoring of the Resort's hygiene policy
  • Support and monitor the implementation of SOPs and specific new standards defined in our Resorts.
  • Ensure proactive communication with BU and Resort teams
  • Act as an internal and external reference within the Resort
  • Propose changes and implement feedback to improve protocols for future seasons.
  • Raise awareness of Club Med's actions among our customers and teams, and ensure that all our employees are involved in the Safe Together program.
  • Monitor and ensure the supply of protective equipment (masks, gloves, visors, etc.).
  • Establish privileged relations with local authorities and official representatives to ensure that Club Med's health resources are well known locally.
  • Benefit from the support of Club Med experts in the resort (hygienist, medical officer and/or nurse), in the BU (BU Safety Director) and at headquarters (Group SHS team, Scientific Committee).
