- Monitor equipment performance key indicators (Downtime / MTBA / PM success rate & etc)
- Monitor line equipment issues, analyze and initiate problem solving or providing engineering solutions.
- Lead and perform the overall maintenance and preventive maintenance of tester and handler machines.
- Drive improvement activities to enhance machine performance
- Develop and establish equipment operating procedures, troubleshooting and service/maintenance standards and guidelines.
- In-charge in new machine installation, buyoff & qualification.
- Assists in new product or process development and qualification.
- Liaise with vendors on resolving technical issues.
- Ensure line coverage and provide support across the lines.
- Machine spare parts management
- Bachelor of Engineering (Hones) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have a good interpersonal skill & able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Power BI background will be an advantage.
