Designs, develops, implements, audits and oversees IFX environmental, energy, health & safety as well as Infineon sustainability & social responsibility programs and procedures based on management system approaches to safeguard employees and ensure that Infineon is compliant with regulations and internal standards as well as customer commitments.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Employee safeguarding explicitly includes work of company doctors, nurses and employees with responsibility for corporate health programs as well as social consultants dedicated to maintain mental health of our employees.
• Implements adequate risk assessment mechanisms in aforementioned areas - including technical safety derived from insurance requirements - and defines mitigation measures to ensure adequate risk management in area of responsibility.
• May conduct internal audits in the area of responsibility and maintains certificates such as the ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO50001 certificates based on IFX commitment and needs.
• Interacts with all relevant stakeholders (internal, external: general public, customers, suppliers, authorities and political decision makers as well as NGO's) as subject matter expert based on a materiality approach, legal requirements, business cases and / or Board commitments.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years).
