Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our Enterprise Workflow (EWF) team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing change requests, enhancing our BPM/Case Management systems, and supporting our document management solutions using IBM FileNet. This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development Support: Assist in the development and modification of applications using Java and JavaScript (Dojo).
• Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to interact with Oracle databases for data manipulation and retrieval.
• BPM/Case Management: Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of BPM workflows and case management solutions.
• FileNet Integration: Support the integration of IBM FileNet for efficient document management and workflow processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of experience in software development, particularly with Java, SQL, and JavaScript (Dojo).

Technical Skills:

• o Strong understanding of BPM/Case Management systems.
• o Experience with IBM FileNet is a plus.
• o Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management.
• o Basic knowledge of Java programming and JavaScript frameworks.
• Operating Systems: Familiarity with open systems environments.
