Responsibilities
- To coordinate and handle the project given from designing stage until complete construction.
- To prepare bill of quantities for tendering.
- To coordinate the works with contractor.
- To review and checking on the drawings submitted by consultant and contractor.
- Managing construction by overseeing and ensuring that construction adheres as plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software will be an added advantage
- Good command of English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor
