- Assist the lead in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, communication, and project planning.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas for innovation initiatives.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Help develop and implement new business processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong interest in technology, particularly AI and automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
