Executive - Credit Control

Job Description :

1. Liaises with the Leasing department to acquire tenancy agreements, monthly contracts, and License Agreement for updating relevant tenancy information to YARDI system, especially for monthly schedule billing purposes.
2. Generates and sends out billings to tenants according to the scheduled date, closes monthly accounts on a timely basis.
3. To review rental rebate file/documentation and issue credit note on a timely basis. Perform adjustment of billing when there is any defer of rental commencement and revised of area.
4. Monitors the daily collection from tenants closely, then, perform cash application function in YARDI, including outstanding transactions in the tenant account to reduce accounts receivable.
5. Verify utility usage and bill tenant accordingly.
6. Update FCU/AHU charges into YARDI system based on the handover form.
7. Handle ad-hoc billing from fit-out and operation department, marketing event charges, advertisement charges, chill water charges and extended operation hours.
8. Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for closing accounts.

Job Requirement :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Fresh graduate or those with 1 year working experience in related field are encourage to apply
4. Willing to be based at Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway)
