Executive, Data Science & Analytics

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and technically capable Executive, Data Science & Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their data science journey who’s passionate about learning and applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world media and audience challenges.

You’ll support the design and deployment of models that power some of our most exciting projects, including Generative AI, lookalike modeling, recommendation systems, and chatbots—with a strong emphasis on Google Cloud technologies, especially Vertex AI and Gemini.

You’ll be part of a lean data team, which means you’ll get hands-on exposure to the full data science lifecycle—from experimentation to deployment—while making a real impact from day one.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in preparing and cleaning raw data for use in analytical models.
• Support the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models using tools such as Vertex AI and Gemini.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and create visualizations to derive actionable business insights.
• Work on experimentation and model training for projects such as:

• Generative AI assistants and summarization
• Lookalike audience models for targeting
• Content recommendation engines
• Natural language–driven chatbots
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to bring prototypes into production environments.
• Help monitor and evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and results.
• Contribute to automated reporting and dashboarding efforts using BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Continuously learn and explore new tools and frameworks within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  
  
Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or machine learning–related role.

Working Knowledge Of

• Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (especially Vertex AI, BigQuery, Gemini)
• Basic ML algorithms and data modeling techniques
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as classification, clustering, regression, recommendation, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with any cloud-based ML or AI platform (Vertex AI preferred).
• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based applications is a strong advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance in a lean team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
