工作概要採購專員負責管理採購週期，確保可靠、經濟有效率地供應符合公司品質和交付標準的物料、產品和服務。該職位要求具備強大的採購技能、供應商關係管理和談判能力，尤其擅長與中國供應商的談判。該專員將與市場經理、供應商品質團隊和中國總部緊密合作，確保合規、有效率並與業務目標保持一致。主要職責 供應商和採購管理實施採購計劃，確保訂單符合規定的品質、交貨時間和成本效益。根據公司要求建立並維護可靠的供應商基礎。與供應商品質團隊和中國總部協調評估現有和潛在的供應商。處理供應商詢價、報價請求（RFQ）、提案和投標流程。發展長期供應商關係並與各級供應商人員保持融洽關係。 採購與談判與供應商協商以滿足品質、交付和成本目標。與行銷經理協調執行合約談判與發展。與中國總部品質團隊合作，推動零件和製程認證。與行銷和營運團隊合作，確保所有產品組合的供應連續性。發現機會並採取行動以節省成本並提高效率。 協調與報告記錄指定採購項目的供應商績效、行動計畫和時間表。與跨職能團隊（銷售、營運、品質與財務）合作解決供應鏈問題。追蹤採購活動並準備有關供應商績效、成本分析和採購進度的報告。支援內部稽核並確保遵守公司採購政策。執行管理階層指派的其他臨時職務。Interested candidates please submit your application through Jobstore
