Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to support the HEC Marketing Team on a temporary basis (3 to 6 Months). You will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, campaign support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to support the HEC Marketing Team on a temporary basis (3 to 6 Months). You will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, campaign support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
General Responsibilities
- Assist in compilation of claims, rebates and other submission required by the team
- Handle simple reporting for sales & marketing data, sample management and logistics arrangements for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating information into standard reports/documentations
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the marketing team.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Basic Excel knowledge is a must.
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Able to start in ASAP, with a minimum working duration of 6 months.
