Your Mission
Workday System Management
- Assist in the configuration, administration and maintenance of the Workday platform to ensure its efficient and effective operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in gathering requirements and implementing solutions that align with business needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Business Process Alignment
- Work closely with HR, payroll, finance and other departments to understand and document their business processes and requirements.
- Assist in translating business needs into Workday configurations and workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Suggest process improvements for better utilization of the Workday system.
System Enhancements and Upgrades
- Stay updated on new features, enhancements, and updates in Workday.
- Support the execution of system upgrades, testing, and validation.
User Training and Support
- Provide first-level support to end-users by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them on system use.
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions to enhance users’ proficiency in utilizing the Workday platform.
Data Management and Reporting
- Assist in loading EIB and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system.
- Support the creation of basic reports and dashboards to provide relevant insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years of experience managing the Workday system, preferably with hands-on configuration experience in modules such as HCM, Time Off, Time Tracking, Expense, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting within the Workday system.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Relevant certifications in Workday are a plus but not required.
