Are you passionate about the Palm Oil industry and ready to make an impact in operations management? We’re looking for a motivated and organized Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and transporters to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, this is your chance to be part of an essential industry!

Job Descriptions:

  1. Communicate and collaborate with internal production teams and external stakeholders (suppliers, buyers, transporters) to meet customer requirements and ensure efficient workflows.
  2. Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure the receipt of high-quality raw materials that meet production needs. Address any issues related to quality or quantity by coordinating with suppliers and marketing teams to keep operations smooth.
  3. Oversee the management and maintenance of Tank Farms to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Plan, arrange, and manage all receiving and dispatch activities for both bulk tankers and pipeline transfers, ensuring timelines are met while minimizing costs.
  5. Propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pump House and Tank Farm systems.
  6. Ensure weighbridges are regularly maintained and functioning properly.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management.
  2. Preferably 1 year of experience in the Palm Oil industry, but fresh graduates with a passion for the Palm Oil industry are welcome to apply!
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward operational improvements.
