Executive, Packing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee packing lines in order to ensure that all orders are registered, produced and delivered accordingly as per specifications and requirements.
2. Planning and controlling the production consumable including fast moving spare part and ensuring efficient usage to avoid disruption to packing.
3. Implementing housekeeping program and compliance to the standards required by the Company and the industrial practices by doing startup checklist before the packing line.
4. Implementing the Health & Safety work procedure and practices and rules.
5. To diligently and accurately record all production reports in order to achieve timely submissions.
6. Executing the Autonomous Maintenance program to ensure all the machines and equipment is ready to use in standard performance with minimum downtime at assigned area.
7. Ensuring all Critical Control Point (CCP) record and Operation Prerequisite Program (OPRP) record stated in the SOP was fully followed.
8. Support supervisor in executing development of staff competencies through internal training and on job training.
9. Comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000; support and to participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
10. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in food industry/ manufacturing industry.
• Experience in leading small team.
