In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.

Policy Valuation Function Comprises

• Policy (no cash value) termination
• Surrender of Traditional Life and ILP policies
• Policy loan
• Cash benefit/Cash back/Cash bonus withdrawal
• ILP Partial withdrawal
• Advance premium deposit withdrawal/refund
  
  
  

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Process customer requests under the policy valuation function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality:
• Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
  
  
  

Experience

Who we are looking for:

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years working experience in Life insurance policy servicing, working in the policy valuation function.
• Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.
