Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Change Management/ Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
• Advanced computer skills including MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

Main Duties:

• To procure raw material, process material, engineering spares, packaging and consumable from Local &

Overseas suppliers

• To liaise, apply and monitor for import and export process, ie: incoterm, insurance, Taxes and etc
• To maintain and up to date knowledge of all government rules affecting purchase
• To source most competitive cost and arrangement for disposal of scrap item process
• To coordinate with vendors, end users, security department, safety department or shift manager to ensure

smooth delivery of goods upon arrival on site

• To perform standard clerical duties including filing, sorting, data posting, record keeping and operating office

machine

• To assist in the Spare Gear Store operation in the absence of Senior Storekeeper
