Executive, QA

This role emphasizes building strong partnerships with suppliers and third-party management, such as tollers and warehouses, in Pasir Gudang. It focuses on enhancing supplier quality management, developing the capabilities of suppliers and tollers, and maintaining quality and food safety across the supply chain as an integrated whole. The person in this role collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities :

Supply Chain Management

• Conducts audits of suppliers and tollers.
• Capable of identifying risks and providing recommendations along with action plans.
  
  

Supplier Quality & Toller Management

• Understands and applies quality and food safety requirements to mitigate risks.
• Evaluates specifications and requirements based on quality and food safety risks.
• Has knowledge of and understands the materials, services, and processes offered by suppliers and tollers.
• Able to analyze, drive continuous improvement, propose action plans, and collaborate with suppliers.
  
  

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
• A quality and safety mindset.
• Trained in ISO 9001:2015 and Food Safety Management Systems (such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, etc.).
• Internal auditor trained in food safety management systems. A qualified lead auditor will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills for effective presentations and negotiations.
• Lead assignments and collaborate efficiently. Capable of working independently as well.
