This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within our food safety and quality management systems.

Key Accountability

  • Customer Satisfaction: Schedule, administer, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys; manage customer inquiries and complaints, driving resolution and process improvements.
  • Auditing & Compliance: Support internal audits for ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards; assist in preparing for and responding to customer and external audits.
  • Complaint Management: Coordinate the customer complaint process, track and analyze complaint data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Coordinate On-Time In-Full (OTIF) process, track and analyze OTIF performance. Schedule and coordinate Out-of-Specification (OOS) meetings, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Monitor product quality through established programs and report findings to management.
  • Traceability: Act as a point of contact for product traceability exercises, Production Number (BPN) management, and raw material investigations, collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Food Safety Support: Assist HACCP team members in food safety analysis and studies, contributing to a robust food safety program.
  • Training & Development: Assist in the development and delivery of in-house training programs on topics such as food hygiene, internal auditing, and GMP.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and documentation for food safety and quality management reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement: Follow up on corrective actions identified during customer or external audits.
  • Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the QA Manager.

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in food science or related
  • Experience in food industry and sound knowledge in Food Safety System GMP,HACCP, FSSC 22000
  • Knowledge in oil and fat or chemistry
  • Familiar with Malaysia's Food Act and regulatory
