Responsibilities
- To assist Assistant Manager in managing construction costs and ensuring projects are completed within budget
- Estimate the costs of the project including materials, labor and other expenses
- Prepare bill of quantities
- Prepare contract documents including tender and agreements
- Monitor the project meets legal and quality standards
- Manage tendering process
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field
- Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques
- Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills
