- The incumbent is accountable for executive level and above of recruiting for local & overseas, to develop & implement long-term recruiting strategy for the Company. Focus on driving accountability, supporting department-wide growth and development, and team alignment in recruitment.
- End-to-end recruitment process for executive level and above hiring in the Company.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings especially high niche skills and hot jobs in the Company.
- Manage all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) and develop sustainable candidate lead strategy.
- Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
- Ensure recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire are on tracks.
- Communicate with stakeholders to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Ensure all successful hiring documentation are in proper as aligned with compliance.
- Discuss with and report to superior(s) regularly on status of recruitment activities. Take corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure 100% compliance of Social Compliance, code of conduct in social, ethical and labour segment.
- Ensure compliance to SOPs and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of extensive working experience in Recruitment in manufacturing or large number of employees working environment.
- Analytical and methodical in approach to problem.
- Strong command in Microsoft Office application (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Good Planning and organizing ability.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
