Executive - Recruitment

• The incumbent is accountable for executive level and above of recruiting for local & overseas, to develop & implement long-term recruiting strategy for the Company. Focus on driving accountability, supporting department-wide growth and development, and team alignment in recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment process for executive level and above hiring in the Company.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings especially high niche skills and hot jobs in the Company.
• Manage all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) and develop sustainable candidate lead strategy.
• Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
• Ensure recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire are on tracks.
• Communicate with stakeholders to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Ensure all successful hiring documentation are in proper as aligned with compliance.
• Discuss with and report to superior(s) regularly on status of recruitment activities. Take corrective action where necessary.
• Ensure 100% compliance of Social Compliance, code of conduct in social, ethical and labour segment.
• Ensure compliance to SOPs and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of extensive working experience in Recruitment in manufacturing or large number of employees working environment.
• Analytical and methodical in approach to problem.
• Strong command in Microsoft Office application (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Good Planning and organizing ability.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
