Position Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute aircraft maintenance scheduling and technical records management to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.
Key Accountability
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor aircraft and component modifications, removals, and replacements in compliance with approved schedules and airworthiness requirements.
- Execute Line Checks and Out-of-Phase tasks from planning through post-completion in accordance with regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate short- and mid-term aircraft scheduling and maintenance, ensuring cost-effective compliance with CAAM and company standards.
- Assist in compiling and controlling technical records, maintaining back-to-birth traceability and readiness for audits, redeliveries, and entries into service.
- Support reviews and audits of technical records and ensure timely retrieval and submission of documentation.
- Liaise with CAMO, MROs, and internal departments to ensure manpower, spares, and tooling availability for scheduled checks.
- Administer and pre-plan aircraft Line and Base maintenance packages, including resource planning, downtime evaluation, and compliance verification.
- Monitor progress of aircraft checks, initiate corrective actions for deviations, and maintain communication with MABES Part 145 teams.
- Assist in aircraft scheduling forecasts, ensuring updates to weekly and daily check plans, and consolidating activities into Aircraft Disposition Messages.
- Support Entry-into-Service by coordinating documentation, inspections, and modification compliance prior to induction.
- Support End-of-Lease processes by assisting with technical records, inspections, and redelivery documentation in line with lease agreements.
- Carry out any other planning or records-related tasks as directed by the superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required between 2 - 4 years’ experience in Engineering & Maintenance
- Knowledge of relevant type of aircraft system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Engineering Operations and Quality System.
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
