協助出口經理處理與出口銷售有關的所有事宜，例如尋找新客戶、提供售後服務、處理詢問和投訴以及不時分配給您的其他相關活動

協助出口經理處理與出口銷售有關的所有事宜，例如尋找新客戶、提供售後服務、處理詢問和投訴以及不時分配給您的其他相關活動
職責和責任
- 確保出口貨物文件按時準備好。
- 確保相應安排物流要求以便及時交貨。
- 確保及時處理客戶的詢問和投訴。
- 確保按時提交相關報告。
- 確保始終遵守安全和健康規章制度。
- 推廣和行銷公司的產品。
- 尋找新客戶。
- 處理和準備各自區域的文件（報價、裝運單據、銀行文件、
- BL、發票、DO 和其他與出口銷售相關的文件）。
- 實現預算的銷售數字。
- 安排物流需求。
- 最遲在每月第五個工作日上午 11 點之前向直屬上級提交月度銷售報告。
- 向直屬上級更新每週的出貨計畫。
- 結合各自區域的貿易展覽會或客戶拜訪，向人力資源/行政部門提供相關資訊和文件。
- 根據 ISO 9001:2000 的要求處理出口諮詢和客戶投訴。 3.16 參加 WOS 會議。
- 接管出口主管 – 在其缺席期間負責區域職能
- 不時委派給您的其他與出口事宜相關的工作。
- 管理層根據需要分配的任何其他職責。
- 資格和技能
- 最好擁有銷售/行銷/國際貿易或同等專業的學位。
- 具有 1 年處理出口管理的經驗，最好是在製造業環境中。
- 能夠用英語說和寫，具有良好的溝通能力，熟悉計算機，熟悉國際貿易、航運和海關程序。
- 良好的人際溝通能力、自我激勵能力和結果導向能力。
- 身體健康，無身體殘障。
- 擁有自己的交通工具，可依公司需求隨時出差。
- 輸出
- 與現有海外客戶的通訊。
- 客戶投訴。
- 監控並執行出口文件。
- 國際展覽。
- 維護 ISO 文件。
