- 制定和管理製造計劃和時間表，以滿足生產目標同時保持品質標準。
- 監督製造和焊接過程，確保所有任務符合工程圖、規格和行業標準。
- 為製造團隊提供技術專業知識和指導，以優化流程、解決技術問題並提高生產效率。
- 對製造的零件進行定期品質檢查和檢驗，確保符合專案要求和安全規定。
- 與設計、工程和生產團隊聯絡，使製造活動與整體專案目標、進度和預算保持一致。
- 確保所有製造過程符合健康、安全和環境法規，促進安全的工作環境。
- 確定並實施製造實務的改進，提高生產力、品質和成本效益。
- 維護製造活動、材料和性能的準確記錄和報告，以進行品質審核和專案追蹤。
- 具有良好的職業道德，能夠根據上級要求延長標準工作時間。
- 能夠依上級要求出差到外地。
- 執行上級安排的任何其他臨時任務。
- 機械工程、製造工程或相關專業學士學位。持有製造或焊接相關證書者優先考慮。
- 最好具備國語水平，以便與講普通話的利害關係人進行有效溝通。
- 最好擁有 2 至 3 年的機械製造或重型機械工作經驗。
- 具有強烈的分析思維，注重細節與準確性。
- 實用、親自動手的方法，能夠在以團隊為導向的環境中很好地工作。
