Facilities Engineer - Electrical

You will provide technical and engineering hands-on in plant equipment and machinery repair works, monitor and allocate contractors’ work, monitor and record statutory inspection, supervise and handling of maintenance activities. Your responsibility will range from assessing and maintain works and product quality, minimum errors and waste management, lead visible health and safety practices.

What You'll Do

• Deliver proper maintenance & engineering work for Overhead Crane, Air compressor system, Cooling water system, Boiler, and Gas system.
• Develop and enhance Maintenance strategy, PM Work list and Spare part management.
• Control on budgets, timescales, and specifications.
• To maintain and modify equipment’s to ensure that it is safe, reliable, and efficient.
• To lead CBM initiatives. (Basic knowledge of Vibration measurement, DPT and UT)
• Able to troubleshoot Pneumatic and Hydraulic system / read Pneumatic and Hydraulic diagram.
• Experience in AutoCAD drawing and modification of machine parts.
• To lead CAPEX for projects from budgeting and monitoring of cost is within the planned budget.
• Update equipment breakdown findings and propose permanent counter measure by conducting RCA analysis.
• To support emergency repairs of equipment’s and to minimize downtime by preventive measures on reoccurrence.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• At least 5 years of experience managing and maintaining facilities critical equipment (Overhead Crane, Air compressor system, Cooling water system, Boiler and Gas system)
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and other related disciplines.
• Experience in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment – preferably continuous operation process equipment.
• Experience in planning and organizing major equipment maintenance.
• Safety management & contractor management experience.
