Factory Manager, Malaysia

• Oversee manufacturing, logistics, and supporting functions at the factory
• Cultivate culture of safety, 6S, sustainability, D&I and operational excellence
• Implement effective processes to enhance site performance aligned with global and regional targets
• Develop and execute factory supply plans aligned with global strategies
• Manage infrastructure and capacity to meet short, medium and long-term business requirements
• Govern costs, budgets, capital expenditures, and operational performance
• Establish a people development plan aligned with operational and business needs
• Provide support and coordination for corporate programs and projects
• Site legal representative to ensure full legal compliance and adherence to company policies

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of ISO 9000,14000,18000&45000 essential
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
