We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations in Batu Pahat, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience in factory management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage all levels of staff.
Experience in lean manufacturing methodologies is highly desirable.
Ability to build relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
Remuneration
Basic Salary: RM18,000 - RM20,000
